مرحبا 👋🏼، my name is Oscar I'm Colombian. My friend is from Jordan I would like to talk with him in arabic and I already know two languages and wanted to challenge myself. I chose Arabic because it's a beautiful language and it would be a benefit for me to learn it for the future. I already started on my own but I found this community on this app and I liked the layout of it. My question. Is it better to learn MSA first, before focusing on a dialect?

I've finally launched the Arabic exercise tool at https://nahw.ai, try it out! Some of you have tried out a previous version, and through your feedback I was able to improve it in the last few days, so see your suggestions implemented in the demo video :) Thanks a lot for your help 🙏 This tool can help with: - nahw practice: add harakat on words by clicking on the letters, hover over the question mark and see the correct tashkil, ask the AI to explain why a word gets a case-ending if you still don't understand it - reading practice: read simple and short sentences, practice with or without tashkil, and hear a spoken version of the sentence in a native Arab voice - speech & pronunciation: you can keep listening to the sentence and repeat after it to improve your pronunciation and speech - build vocabulary: hover over any word and get the English translation, more languages coming soon I hope you enjoy it! Would love to hear your feedback in the comments and any suggestions for other Arabic exercises you wish to see but haven't found online. My plan is to make a suite of Arabic exercises that are meaningful and focus on improving specific functions of your Arabic language.
