The United States recently inverted its food pyramid for nutritional advice…. The new one prioritizes lean proteins, fruits and veggies while decreasing the emphasis of grains. Basically it recommends whole foods over processed foods. What’s your take?

What do you think about caffeine? From a health perspective? From a Christian perspective? Caffeine is often called a legal drug… do you think it’s something that can be taken? Should it be taken? Are you able to function without your morning caffeine dose (aka coffee)? What are your thoughts? How should it be approached and consumed or not consumed?

I’ve recently being trying to pray each day “Jesus be the center and Lord of my life today” This simple prayer has really changed my heart at work and wanted to share
