We hosted our first ReWild Social Event at AlignWellness in Dublin, Ireland last Thursday evening for our graduates. We had a night of guided Breathwork in the sauna/cold plunges guided by yours truly & lots of laughs & connection. We nerded out on all things breath, business & collaboration.
