Voice AI agent for a recruiting agency
How would you price and build a voice AI agent for a recruiting agency? The voice agent must be able to dynamically retrieve a job description stored somewhere, for example in Google Docs, as well as a list of questions for that position, for example from Google Sheets. The AI agent should then work with this data, asking questions one by one and storing each answer in a file. The agency does not have an exact number of calls per month or an exact number of minutes per call, because if the applicant is capable, the call lasts much longer than if they fail to answer even the first KO questions at the beginning of the call, and the call may end sooner. I built a demo that calls applicants with predefined questions and records their answers using Elevenlabs for the voice part and n8n for the connection to Sheets. But I need to change it so that the client can enter the job position and set of questions for the interview themselves. If you already have such a solution ready and can offer it, please send me the price via DM. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you.

@Hicham Char thank you. I also tried Retell, which is also great for English language. Do you think VAPI is even better (cheaper or better latency)?

@Obakoyowa Feyisayo Thank you for your comment. I am able to build agent that can get a job description as dynamic fields . But how to do that questions as a variable for an outbound call? how to do that Retell will ask those questions one by one and ave those answears one by one to the extrernal databse, Airtable or Sheets?
Working with large tables and AI agents
Can you advise me on how to work with large tables when I need to filter and search for data, perform various calculations such as the average transaction price in a specific year, or just search for specific products according to parameters (filtering data stored in columns)? I tried Supabase rag, but I'm running into limits, or rather incorrect searches when the AI agent has to think about it. Can n8n Data tables help, or are there any limitations (e.g. number of rows)?
šŸš€New Video: Gemini's New File Search Just Leveled Up RAG Agents (10x Cheaper)
In this video I walk you through how to use Gemini's new File Search API to take your n8n RAG agents to the next level. This setup is super simple and does not require any coding. You can drop in a document, let Gemini handle all of the indexing and storage for a very cheap price, and start running powerful RAG agents right away. The best part is that you can store your documents for free and then plug your AI agents into the File Search API so they can search through everything. It makes building RAG systems easier than ever before. I also cover a few important things to think about before you start. It is a game changer, but it is not magic. There are a few details that matter for accuracy and performance, and I walk you through those so you know how to get reliable results. COPY THE GOOGLE SHEET HERE

Does anythig like this work for large tables? Like csv files with 12000 products (rows)? To be able to search products according to filtering in columns.
šŸš€New Video: I built this AI Agent in 2 hours (and got paid $1200)
I just dropped a new video where I share the story of how I sold my very first n8n automation back in 2024. What might shock you is how simple the system actually was. Looking back, I could probably rebuild it in 30 minutes today. But that’s the point, clients weren’t paying for a ā€œcomplex workflow,ā€ they were paying for the outcome. This was the first time I made money selling an automation, and it taught me something that’s even more true now: business owners don’t care how advanced the system looks, they care if it saves them time, money, or focus. And today, people are even more open to investing in solutions like this, as long as you can communicate value clearly and show you’re someone they can trust. Curious to hear your thoughts, does this change how you think about selling automations or agents?

Appointment Booking AI Automation
Hi Team, Hope you’re all doing great! I’m excited to share that I’ve just completed my 52nd AI automation system – this one designed for managing appointments for one of my U.S.-based clients. Here’s what it does: - Runs automatically from DMs (no human involvement) - Checks appointment details from the calendar and finds available time slots - Confirms the booking with the customer instantly The results was In just 15 days, it helped book 56+ sales appointments – all without a single manual step. This project has made me even more passionate about AI and automation, and I’m eager to help more businesses achieve the same results

Hi @Mohmmed Amir I really like your build. Could you give me closer detail on that "Check if bot" node? This looks interesting. Thanks

@Mohmmed Amir What agent do you mean? IF node normally does not use an agent but only filters data from the first node, right? Or are you using a more complex condition there?
