How would you price and build a voice AI agent for a recruiting agency? The voice agent must be able to dynamically retrieve a job description stored somewhere, for example in Google Docs, as well as a list of questions for that position, for example from Google Sheets. The AI agent should then work with this data, asking questions one by one and storing each answer in a file. The agency does not have an exact number of calls per month or an exact number of minutes per call, because if the applicant is capable, the call lasts much longer than if they fail to answer even the first KO questions at the beginning of the call, and the call may end sooner. I built a demo that calls applicants with predefined questions and records their answers using Elevenlabs for the voice part and n8n for the connection to Sheets. But I need to change it so that the client can enter the job position and set of questions for the interview themselves.
