QR Codes for appointment tracking
I saw a youtube video earlier today about using QR codes with GHL and it got me thinking We help fitness studios get more members using the 10 day free trial but we try to get the client to close the sale on day 1 or 2. Also we get some commission on shows. Usually people show an image of the text they got or of the schedule they've seen when they walk in, and then the client would have to manually mark them as shown or no show, but with the QR code we could automate that step, making the tracking a bit simpler for the client, however we don't know if this will effect the clients ability to close on that 1st or 2nd day. logically it seems like the QR code would almost "solidify" the idea that they get 10 days for free and it might cause a bit of push back in that sales process. I would love to get anyone's thoughts on this before we try to implement it in out system.

Dr offer
Hi @Haplin Milgrom-Hills I will work with a personal training gym that has trainers and they only do 1 on 1 and he says that he don't want to use a free offer. What dr offers would you recommend for a personal training studio. This dude has 4000 people in his database.

I have yet to do this myself but here’s an idea First off see if they’re willing to do group sessions the outward offer would be a 6-8 week free challenge. On day 1 you get a deposit that will be refunded if they stick to the challenge or will be credited towards a membership deposit probs be around $119/week (assuming this gym is used to high ticket since they just do 1-on-1) The benefit of the challenge being group is they get the accountability from everyone else going through it and showing up with them. Negative is it’s harder to run group HOWEVER If they run the challenge with a med-large group (thinking 8+) then they can upsell to semi private (3-4) after the challenge Semi private allows them to charge 1-on-1 prices x3-4 for the same time with near the same attention and they also have the accountability of the group asw so they’re more likely to keep turning up and changing their lives. Overall this does require a change in their approach, however it maintains the “free” aspect that leads love and the paid aspect that the owner will love, while also opening up a strat to 4x their income for the same work on the upsell. DISCLAIMER: I did not invent this, I’ve just been doing research recently and I think it could be applied here. I am yet to try it myself so I don’t have numbers to say if it’s better or worse than the 10 day free trial, but it does provide a compromise I believe. If you are gonna do it tho you would want to detail out to the owner and their trainers how the challenge (large group), semi-private(small group [only viable if challenge is large enough for size difference to be noticeable]) would work. After writing this all out I can see them resisting a bit because they’re used to 1-on-1 but if they want to grow (which I’m assuming they do since they’re paying you) then maybe what they’re currently doing isn’t the best thing for them🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ Hope this helps and let me know your thoughts
DR Offer - Gyms
Quick question about DR offers for gyms I know you guys say that a 10 day pass is the best, but what are your thoughts on the 6-8week free challenge (with a refundable/credit deposit)? Or even 10 day free trial that gets them into the 6-8 week challenge. Would love to know what you guys have seen in your own experience or just your immediate thoughts on them. Thanks in advance 🙏🏾

@Daniela Gattel ahhhh okay that makes sense now yeah. Also again a huge congrats on these results 👏🏾👏🏾
What if they have no list of past customers?
Id love your opinion on this: If someone had no database of past customers but they have some current customers would you do a review and referral campaign but still with that 10 day free pass for the referral? (Also how would you organise the campaigns, as 2 separate ones or as 1 campaign with 1 message)
