Need Guidance Regarding LSA
Hello Everyone, I am providing Google Business Profile and Local SEO services to clients in USA. I have been introduced to LSA back in 2022 but since then I couldn't get any clients for this and the reason is as being a Pakistani and living in Pakistan I am not sure how to pprvide this service. I mean like in USA LSA ads shows up on the top but in Pakistan it doesn't so I tried to turn on my VPN still I couldn't see it. I just want to know how I can provide this service to US based clients? My team had generated great results for the clients through GBP and Local SEO. And one more thing, how much do you guys charge for LSA service? I mean do you charge monthly retainer? Or you charge per Leads? As I am focusing only on high ticket niches like Accounting and Law firms, Commercial cleaning, Dentists etc etc so I was thinking as we charge pretty good amount for GBP and SEO so can I charge $100-$1000 per lead?

e.g., a pilot offer such as setup $500–$1,000 + retainer $300–$1,500/month + CPL $150–$400 for premium niches (adjust to the client’s lifetime value and conversion rate). Finally, be explicit in proposals about who owns the account, the verification steps you require from them, and an initial 30-day trial to prove ROI — that will remove friction and win U.S. clients’

@Muhammad Ali here’s a concise, practical answer: Lifetime Value (LTV) is the total revenue a typical client brings you over their relationship with the business (not just the first sale); conversion rate is the percent of LSA leads that turn into paying clients

Hi Anam — I specialize in helping home-service businesses convert traffic into booked, qualified jobs using CRM-driven automation, targeted local ads, and conversion-optimized funnels; I can either source vetted, exclusive leads from trusted vendors or build an in-house pipeline (ads + landing page + follow-up + lead scoring) that lowers cost-per-lead and improves close rates. If you tell me your service area, monthly lead target and budget I’ll recommend the faster, most cost-effective option and a clear next step.
Google ads access
We are running PPC ads this week for my electrical service business. Which we rarely do. Our marketing agency wont give us access to google ads account. Not even read only access. We do have access to LSA account which we run all the time, but they wont let us look at PPC/ Google ads account. Is this normal or should this be a concern?

Ask them (politely, in writing) to: 1) provide the Google Ads Customer ID and add you as a read-only user or link your MCC, 2) share recent invoices/billing reports and the change history, 3) export campaigns/keywords/targets and conversion tracking setup, and 4) confirm ownership in the contract (who controls the account if the relationship ends).

If they refuse, consider creating your own Ads account and asking them to migrate/manage it under a formal SLA, or switch agencies. If you want, I can draft a short, firm message you can send to the agency listing exactly what to request.
Boost organic traffic
If i run a Facebook ad campaign for free electrical safety inspection, but the customer has to click offer which is my website URL. Would this traffic boost my organic and be a better strategy than very expensive PPC?

Travis — it can, but don’t expect a magic SEO bump overnight. Sending Facebook traffic to a well-optimized landing page can help indirectly — more visits → more reviews, shares, local citations and engagement metrics that support local SEO — but organic ranking still needs good on-page content, backlinks, Google Business Profile signals and time. Make the campaign trackable (Pixel + UTM), capture emails/phone numbers, retarget non-converters, and ask satisfied leads for Google reviews; A/B test landing copy and CTA to minimise wasted spend. If you’d like, I can quickly audit your landing page and ad flow to improve conversion and maximise any organic upside.
Local Service User Consent Compliance (United States)
I have spent hours analyzing how local service businesses all over the country handle opt-out compliance. For the most part, it does not seem like the vast majority of cleaning companies/agencies that operate landing pages (for lead generation) are overly concerned with user consent (opt-out requests). I have asked countless agency owners how they handle user rights and for the most part, they scratch their heads and give me a funny look. Am I overthinking these laws or are they simply not enforced?

Hi @Steven Jutton A practical approach: run a quick audit of your landing pages and CRM data flows, add clear opt-out controls and documented handling procedures, tag consent status in your CRM, and train whoever handles leads; that combination reduces risk and improves deliverability. If you’d like, I can perform a concise audit and deliver a prioritized checklist you can implement immediately.
