i’m the kind of swimmer who never gives up, even when it’s hard • Last friday of 6th grade!! • Had 2 practices today, one for summer league and one for my year round team • Rough set at training 2, but u kept pushing Nutrition 8/10 Hydration 10/10 Visualization ✅
Flip turn for Butterfly kick??
Recently i have noticed my team doing flip turns while doing Butterfly kick on their back. Would this benefit them in any way? I just wanted to know because i was always taught to do an open turn while doing anything butterfly or breaststroke (including kick).
