Look, so far we've covered: ✅ Goal Setting (the in-depth version) ✅ Michael Phelps breathing trick ✅ Visualization ✅ Basic nutrition for swimmers ✅ Desired identity statement ✅ You've gathered A LOT of evidence that supports your new identity 🔥 Keep the momentum going, 5 more weeks until we know who wins a brand new race suit of your choice!!! More and more fire badges are starting to appear I love it!! In today's training we have time for questions to make sure we're not leaving anybody behind. After that, we do a little magic together ok? It's gonna be workshop-style which means I'll ask you a series of questions that you can just answer in the comments. And at the end, you'll all have a massive done-and-ready improvement for this week. - No breakout rooms - No having to speak in front of everyone else ☺️

This weekend my 10yo (soon 11) daughter has participated in a regional competition. She absolutely crushed it: 9 races (series/finals), 9 gold medals, the All-Around Swimmer trophy (100 medley/100 free) and best performance awards. She visualized each race (a week before the race and every day) and applied the Michael Phelps breathing trick in the call room.
