@Katie Lents thank you so much for your video! I’m working on what you mentioned and really addressing those big feelings!
I’m struggling with…..
What is something you are currently navigating or struggling with?

We use pull ups, we use the bathroom every morning and when we get home from school. Working on potting training in school also, but sometimes doesn’t make it to the restroom ontime. He is typically better about going poop than going pee but sometimes there are accidents. Mostly we are struggling with him telling me he needs to use the bathroom. He does sometimes but not consistently, when he does go in his pull up he immediately needs to change it and will sometimes do it himself. I guess I just don’t know how to facilitate more communication, I thought about maybe making some visual aides that are specific to using the potty.

Morning routines
What are some hardest parts for you in the mornings? What have you found helpful?

Our mourning routines have been good so far, however when he sleeps in late doesn’t get his ample time in to do his routine around the house that’s when things start getting meltdown mode can begin or just delaying getting in the car. Lately I have been working on not rushing, really talking through the expectations as we’re getting dressed. I had to let the school know that we will be getting there when we get there 🤠. I am still getting out visual cues ready for our home, so far at school they have helped out tremendously so I am hoping that once we implement those especially in the morning things might get smoother. Tomorrow is picture day so send us all the positive vibes 🤪😄😄

@Maryann van Dorp @Katie Lents thank you so much! I think I am going to incorporate visuals at our home and see how that works out and thank you for the hugs! I think I’ll see what happens come Monday and hope that Stanley has a good Monday at school as well, truly thank you so much! It can feel isolating sometimes, so I am sooo thankful for this community ❤️❤️
