Curriculum change
Looking to connect with anyone using Amazing Life (orange) curriculum. I am looking to make a change from Grow to Amazing life and just looking to chat with anyone using or previously used.

Baby Dedications
Does anyone have a great book that you can recommend to give parents as part of an overall baby dedication package? Thanks so much!

We give Jesus Storybook Bible (the first of four Bibles they will receive until they are 18) and we also give this picture book: I Promise It's True https://a.co/d/09GF0MfT and a short devotional book for parents Domestic Monastery https://a.co/d/01jZMhwN I also have a lunch right after Baby Dedication where I talk about how to use the resources and how to build spiritual rhythms into your family. We emphasize that the best thing to do is start young and be consistent but simple.

@Allison Mari Yes! I would love to! We have a brand new discipleship pathway that I wrote with the collaboration of the youth minister and the lead minister. We're still working on honing it and introducing some of the things that are on here. I've attached a PDF for you. It has descriptions of when and what we give for Bible Presentations! Hope this helps! I'd love to chat more!

Question about check out / pick up
We use Planning Center and name tags, check-in, etc. works great for check-in. But, tactically, how do folks do their "check outs" of each classroom when parents come to pick up? We have 4 classrooms and parents come for pick up before the service ends right before communion (so parents are trying to quickly pick up the kids to get everyone back into the service). We are a smaller church so our volunteers rotate weekly (most of the time serving ~once a month). Do you have parents show their sticker? Do you have kids line up and call them only after sticker identification? Do they turn them in? Very curious about how to make our checkout process of each classroom efficient but also appropriately safe.

We have a sticker ball too and we use it for check out! The kids LOVE it! They HAVE to put their sticker on it and it forces the parents to remember :) It's nothing fancy but it works for us!
