Oh the overflowing feeling of gratitude entered my sphere and field Tuesday morning. I literally woke up with that deep sense of gratitude for everything and everyone in my life who's contributing to my life and somehow I felt the sense of gratitude towards myself as well as the being who's creating this reality... it's like a self-acknowledgement that's not coming from the ego but from the humbling experience of infinite possibilities Thank you for the reminder again... this week seems to be driven by the magic of gratitude....

@Walter Schwär what an incredible observation! Yes! That's it the bridge!! Humility egolessness 😊 and for me also when I drop the expectations.... in all regards... When I surrender and make peace with all what's possible without expectations... that's when the magic shows up.

This one was my biggest enemy for many many many years... X= I am too scared to take action a few weeks ago I started to actually get this: Y= fear means I am on to something big

@Laurel Scotson so my point of view of this is until we "only" doing the mindshift in the frontal lobe context of the mind big shifts are not happening or only happening temporarily... when we start shifting through the subconscious mind and from the subconscious mind then huge movements are occurring. And we still need the daily work on the frontal lobe level too...

As I was reading your comment it came to me the day when I was working last year at an old age home on the Memory Care section where people with dementia and Alzheimer were cared for. The most loved and remembered activity was when I showed up with a huge bunch of lavender from our garden and I asked them to create little gift packs with tiny cards, lavender and sone sparkling powders for the people on the frail care ward so I could take their gift to those people there who was least visited by their family. One of the ladies there told me that smelling the lavenders brought back her memory of her young age.... and thanked me for the lavenders. Their beauty and scent filled up the whole ward. It was so beautiful to receive that feedback.
