Gratitude...🕊️
Today, I embrace gratitude for every small blessing, allowing joy and peace to flow freely through me. Affirmation: 'I am thankful, I am present, I am open to the abundance of life.'
Every sunrise over Table Mountain is proof that renewal is possible!
No night is too long, no shadow too deep. Cape Town’s story is our story: we are not defined by what broke us, but by how we rise again and again, each time brighter, each time freer. “Transformation is the courage to greet each dawn as if it were your first - resilience is the strength to keep showing up for it.” ~ Dr Martin - Author: SoulFul Cape Town

Laurel - yes. The here and now is our only reality!!
Do you notice when you are placing limits on yourself?
Hi Everyone! Super Soul Sunday ❣️ Sometimes we pick up labels—an assessment result, a manager’s comment, a role we wore for years—and without meaning to, we start living them. What if we could notice the label, thank it for the info, and let our deeper self lead? I would love to hear your thoughts on how you overcome this?

Beautifully said. Rosley I think the key is remembering that labels are just feedback, not our identity. In my book 'The Thrive Protocol' we often speak about “choice points” - moments where we can notice the label, acknowledge its lesson, and then consciously choose a new, more authentic narrative. For me, resilience is exactly that: letting my deeper self set the direction, instead of old labels doing the driving.

✨Business Reveals Character✨
One thing I’ve noticed in business (and in life) is this: who you work with or collaborate with isn’t just about skills, it’s about character. The way someone treats others is often a preview of how they’ll eventually treat you. I’ve come to realize that how we show up matters just as much — not only in our results, but in the respect, honesty, and humanity we bring into every interaction. Business at its core isn’t just about deals or services — it’s about relationships, trust, and how we make people feel. Here’s a question to sit with: If the way you treat your clients, colleagues, or partners was mirrored back to you tomorrow — would you feel valued, respected, and seen? Or would it reveal something you need to change?🥸

Absolutely Ntandazo. Skills can get someone in the room, but character shapes the path. Noticing how people treat others gives us a clear signal of who we choose to collaborate with - and choosing alignment with integrity is where resilience and growth truly flourish.
