Hi everyone, I’m Olena Sukhina. I move between Singapore (mostly) and Europe, carrying with me a passion for blending science and nature. I’m a neuroscientist and a PhD candidate researching psychedelics, and my work revolves around nervous system reset and the wisdom of infradian rhythms — the ~28-day biological cycle that shapes energy, focus, and resilience. What excites me most is taking complex neuroendocrinology and turning it into something people can live — not just understand in theory. Essence of behaviour biology through the lens of neuroendocrinology. For me, biohacking isn’t about gadgets alone, but about aligning our biology with rhythms, rituals, and practices that actually prevent burnout and unlock our full potential. I’m here to share, learn, and build connections with people who also believe that science becomes powerful when it’s embodied.
