Idea is, before every move, to check my shoulders and to see are they relaxed or not :-) Thru Thai Chi I realized how often during the day my body (shoulders) are tens. So, idea is clear - to relax my self, to play more relaxed/focused chess :-)
After a while I finally got 1500 in blitz! I kid you not, blunders still happen in almost every game and I sometimes fail to punish them but in blitz its difficult to take your time and think.
@Nevin Godin-Martin I play chess for a long time. Just now, when I want to become better, I realize how much I suck :--) And, with every new understanding of game my "sucking" is rising. Good luck to all of us :-)
