The second I get to 1850 and play a game, I immediately get insane opponents who never blunder or make mistakes, makes me feel like theyre hired by chess.com to keep me from reaching 2k lmao Been there for 2 months now, I was never used to plateauing but maybe thats just my potential I reached. 2000 would be really nice though. I play as best as I can, analyzing, calculating, taking my time etc but sometimes I cant just cant do anything since they dont make mistakes, but eventually I do. If you want you look at my games and see if I have a bottleneck or any weakness I need to work on

This is also free - Lichess offers 100+ updates every single month for free whereas chesscom maybe implements 5 a year that we know about - Lichess posts all their spending and where donations go so you can see what your donations pay for - All puzzles on the site come from actual games on the site - Opening explorer and analysis are free - You can use your in game mistakes as puzzles and even replay your games against stockfish at key moments to learn how to convert - You have puzzle themes for free - You can create studies with annotations. Key for coaches. Most coaches I've worked with or talk with use lichess to coach even if they play on chesscom - You can view unlimited master games whereas on chesscom you have to pay to view certain famous ones - The broadcast page is better as well. This is very evident if you ever follow top tournaments. Almost all commentary teams use lichess - You can customize engine strength
