https://lichess.org/DxepFDc5/white So I was in this position where I could push a bishop then go Qh5 or Qh5 right away. After a quick calculation I realized I would win the exchange no matter what but the computer said Qh5 right away was +1.8 and the line I chose after was +0.2 Here were my calculations RG1, Be4, Qh5+, kd8, Nf7+, kd7, Nxh8 - I realized in this line I had maybe messed up slightly because it would have been nice to fork the queen and rook and not allow the king to move up to d7 but I removed my rook from the H file The other line I looked at quickly was Qh5+, Kd8, NF6, Qe8, Rh2, Be4, Nxh8, Qxh8 I see looking through game review that the black king is far more exposed and that the black rook is not really in the game. I just don't know if that's all there is to this massive change in eval. Because in both lines im +1 material I only spent 20 seconds on this in game and I didn't notice the difference in the king positioning in that time Just wondering if anyone can weigh in here to let me know if this is correct or if I'm missing something thanks
