A lot of people say they’re building an “online business” but most are really just building a project. A cash system has 3 parts: 1. Traffic: people seeing you 2. Conversion: something that makes them buy 3. Retention: a reason to come back Most people obsess over part #1 (views, followers, clicks)and ignore #2 and #3. That’s why:• Some stores get traffic but no sales, Some funnels get leads but no money, Some brands grow but stay broke. The real money comes from fixing the middle: What happens after someone lands on your page? That’s where Your offer, Your page, Your copy, and Your checkout… either turns attention into cash or loses it. When I help build or optimize ecommerce systems, this is the main thing I look at: “Where is the money leaking?” Most of the time, it’s not ads It’s the system.
