Hey folks, I know I have been very quite in here, hiding in my basement, pulling my hair trying to find my niche, coaching program. Believe me I made it harder than it should have been. I must have been looking for that magic wand which did not exist. It took me almost two years 2 crack the code but I finally did it. I joined Fletcher Method in Nov 2021 when Frank Kern promoted a black Friday $297 deal with Aaron that is when I learned about Aaron. Since, then many products have been bought and finally landed with GWAI and also many iterations of my roadmap. I could definitely teach people how to build roadmaps at this stage😁 Been struggling to niche down and find my path as a coach, went in niches that I would love to do, have knowledge but no experience. So heavily struggled with imposter syndrome. With the AI tool installed in Growthworks, I played with 3 or 4 different niches but was not feeling comfortable. Eventually, AI definitely helped me get where I want to go now! I finally discovered my skills that match my program and can teach without feeling an imposter😎. GW Engine is really a blessing, I found out my niche last night, worked and tweaked and retweaked to my satisfaction and below is the outcome. I have spent around 8 hours because I am a perfectionist. Now time to get the course recorded and put myself out in the open. Have been hiding for too long and not making any money. Would love your feedback on what you think about my MDM and roadmap, is it clear and could I potentially charge $3K if I target the right audience. Thanks so much for everyone who showed up to yesterday's Growthworks AI launch session. A few notes from me: 1) I have NEVER witnessed such an overwhelmingly positive response to a product (in any industry). While we may seem like we have it together on the "front stage", the "backstage" is filled with stress, doubt and uncertainty. Seeing so many people support and LOVE what we do makes me and the WHOLE GROWTHWORKS TEAM feel validated and excited to go even faster! 2) Tomorrow I will publish the replay video (check your email). If you weren't able to access the live session - I apologize! I've never had a Zoom session exceed capacity. And to be direct, usually 40% of the folks who register show up live so I didn't think this would be an issue. NOTE: if you didn't sign up for the live session, we will send the replay or so another live Zoom call soon. The reasons we are making the AI platform available to those who registered is because we have opened up 200 licenses for now. This is is to ensure we can onboard, support and monitor tech issues. For anyone struggling with designing images for blogs or adverts, Microsoft has released an AI powered design platform: https://designer.microsoft.com/ Describe the design, and it attempts to make it for you. It does static and video output, and you can edit the suggested designs if they need a few tweaks. Results are hit-and-miss, but I've found it a helpful tool to quickly create blog featured images.
