@Khalil Ghacha Coach Khalil, I’m so happy right now! As someone who truly admires the way you speak, seeing that you uploaded a podcast made me really, really happy. 😊 The topic is also so interesting and thought provoking! I’m starting to listen to it now, and I’m sure I’ll enjoy your wonderful commentary as always. I’ll definitely share my thoughts after I finish listening. You’ve started something wonderful, Coach Khalil! ✨

@Khalil Ghacha Coach Khalil, thank you for this podcast and for sharing your thoughts. It is always a pleasure to listen to you. I think we tend to categorize and judge, but these shortcuts can become unfair. I’ve heard, “How can I take instructions from someone younger?” and I disagree. if someone has knowledge and ability, age shouldn’t matter. The same bias exists in reverse: people are sometimes excluded from opportunities for being “too old.” I also disagree with that, many older individuals are dynamic and bring valuable experience. What matters is the person, their knowledge, curiosity, and willingness to keep learning. Even when I was younger, friends asked why I spoke to someone younger than us. I said, “We understand each other well.” I’ve also connected deeply with both older and younger people throughout my life. Keeping an open mind is key. When we generalize, we may miss valuable people and perspectives. It’s a little like adding salt to a dish before even tasting it. :) Maybe it already tastes wonderful just as it is. Thank you again, Coach Khalil.

''History is written by those who take responsibility for their time''

@Khalil Ghacha Knowing our history, culture, and roots shapes our identity and strengthens our sense of the here and now. If we fail to understand the age we live in, we may end up being defined by it rather than defining it. Also, looking beyond what is immediately visible, while keeping a curious and critical perspective, can lead us to a deeper understanding.
The Most Precious Gift to Me ❤️
I was born with a rare genetic disease called Thalassemia Major, and I need regular blood transfusions to live. It’s more common in the Mediterranean area and in my region there’s a huge community, but due to immigration, it can now be found all over the world. I’m able to live my life only because someone donates their blood. That’s my precious gift. 💝 Thank you to all the blood donors. ❤️ What’s your most precious gift?

🐼 Kung Fu Panda (2008) by Mark Osborne & John Stevenson 🥋💥
Po, a clumsy and overweight panda who dreams of becoming a kung fu master, unexpectedly becomes the Dragon Warrior. 🐼🥋 At first, nobody believes he is capable of the job—not even Po himself. Under the guidance of Master Shifu, Po trains with the Furious Five and learns that becoming a true warrior isn’t about being perfect. It’s about believing in yourself and discovering your own strength. Funny, exciting, and surprisingly inspiring, Kung Fu Panda is a great movie for learning English: the dialogue is clear, the vocabulary is accessible, and there are lots of everyday expressions and humor. 🍿 Enjoy the movie! "We have to tell our babies to stop crying."

@Khalil Ghacha Interesting one, Coach Khalil. I’m not sure I caught the context. If by “babies” you mean the children within us, perhaps we should first ask why they’re crying before telling them to stop. Then our adult side can take the lead. On the other hand, if you mean constant complaining, I agree that gratitude brings more peace.
