This is coming from someone who got exactly that from her boss and went ahead with going full-time into her coaching practice. I revamped how I looked at my days - from 70-80 hour work weeks to taking longer breaks, keeping a hard stop in the evening, and then not reaching out to check work emails, and making weekends sacred with no work at all. That was how I began. Happy to share more if anyone's interested :)

Experiment #1 Update 7
Day 11 of the get to 100 members in 30 days. We're at 45. 🎉 The poll results are in, thank you for voting (if you haven't yet and want a say - do it, do it! 😆) 4 of you said keep going, 1 said mix it up. Zero said shorter. So these updates are staying but today is a bit tighter on the detail! Thank you for the feedback. 😊 Numbers: Members: 45 | Engagement: 71% | Discovery rank: 3,009 | Conversion rate: 13.9% | Days left: 19 | Still needed: 55 The discovery rank is moving but fluctuates everyday (it was 2,915 yesterday - should have written this then 😂). The keywords experiment isn't working yet - I don't think Skool has turned this discoverability function on yet but its coming... The conversion rate of 13.9% is the one I'm watching. It means roughly 1 in 7 people who visit the community page actually join. I want that higher. More on what I'm testing to fix it soon. Tonight's experiment: I'm participating in a community crawl across about 10 Skool groups - think pub crawl but for communities. 🍺 Each stop has a post you have to engage with to find the link to the next one. It's designed to get members of one community introduced to members of others. My community is one of the stops. See my comment to this post for more info but if you see some new faces tomorrow, that could signify that experiment is working for me... Experimenting. Always experimenting. 🧪 I have had a number of you refer others which is amazing, thank you all. Tell me, what would make you tell a friend about this community? 👇

I've never heard of a pub crawl, maybe cause I have never stepped into one, and I am not familiar with them lol. But this community crawl concept is really cool. Taking away so many ideas from your community! I have a question - do you think FB community would work or should I work on a Skool community directly. A lot of my potential clients are in specific groups within FB communities and Skool is also growing. I am debating what should be my starting point. Eventually, I want to go ahead with a paid membership version as well on Skool. I am debating on these two options these days. Should I make this into a post?
Bundle closed. Here's the final numbers 🎉
A few days ago I wrote about why I decided to host my first bundle - it started with a rejection from someone else's bundle and the realisation that I had no control over my own list growth. So I built one instead. Here's how it ended: 👉 571 signups to the From Job to CEO Bundle, 310 net new subscribers, 21 contributors who provided their paid resources for free for the bundle. Biggest single day: 153 signups on April 7 (launch day) For context, before this bundle my email list was sitting at around 500 people. It's now just over 800. That's a 60% increase in list size from one 6-day bundle. Was it perfect? No.😂 5 people managed to sneak in early before I locked it down, my GHL automations took a break and I had to manually process a few things (and about a 100 other things I've blocked out 🤣) But the experiment worked. The hypothesis - that hosting could be a better fit for me than contributing was confirmed. A large portion of my audience (261) signed up for the bundle which showed it had value and alignment with my current subscribers not just new people on the list. So I'm already planning bundle number 2 for June. If you're sitting on a skill, an audience, or an idea and waiting for the right moment -- this is your reminder that the right moment is usually the one where you just decide to try. So, what's the experiment you've been putting off? Let me know in the comments👇

@Niky Egerton thats true! I don't want to participate or create a bundle where the offers are not in line with what the audience would really want you know.

@Morgane Lemattre yes please! ❤️
Real talk: how are you growing your email list? 👀
You've probably heard it a thousand times, "your email list is the only thing you own online." And I've fully bought into that, social media can change the rules tomorrow but nobody can take your list away from you (well, AI is creating some interesting inbox reach challenges but that's a conversation for another day 😉). Which is why I'm currently going all in on bundles as my main list growth strategy (you may have noticed 😂). Curious what everyone else is doing. Pick your answer below and drop a comment if you want to share what's actually working or what you've tried and abandoned.

@Morgane Lemattre I've been meaning to do more podcast guesting but haven't been able to find any that I liked. How do you find and choose?
