Closing Out 2025 — and Stepping Gently Into What’s Next
As we come to the end of 2025, I just want to pause here with you for a moment. This year asked a lot of us. It asked us to slow down. To listen more closely to our bodies. To question old expectations, old paces, old ways of pushing through. For me, 2025 wasn’t about doing more or becoming more. It was about letting go—of pressure, of self-blame, of the idea that midlife is something to fix instead of something to understand. This space exists because I believe midlife women don’t need more rules or rigid plans. We need support, safety, and room to breathe. As we move into 2026, what’s coming is an extension of that belief: - more focus on becoming lighter (emotionally, mentally, physically) - more nervous-system-friendly support - gentle movement (yes, live yoga is coming back) - deeper conversations around hormones, stress, food, and rest - and a few aligned offerings that I’m really excited to share—slowly, intentionally Nothing here is about rushing. Everything is about meeting yourself where you are and moving forward with less weight on your shoulders. I’m really grateful you’re here. And I’m looking forward to what we’ll build together in this next chapter. ✨ Reflection question for you: As you look back on 2025, what is one thing you’re ready to leave behind… and one thing you’d like to carry gently into 2026? Share only what feels right. I’d love to hear from you. 💛
