Yoo waddup my people, so I been working out since June 7 2023, and I been consistent for the most part only took a month off due to personal problems, I use to battle depression and was addicted to smoking everyday (weed) and eating fast food but when I wasn’t even feeling the high no more and was starting to trip on everything I decided to make a change and the day I started working out everything changed for me I no longer have depression I lost over 100 pounds probably more within then till now and I gained confidence in myself again I sometimes struggle with my cheat meals take more than I have too but I can say that this has become my new drug addiction

Introduction
Hi everyone, my name is Sarah Harris and I’m happy to be here and connect with you all. I have been working out off and on for several years, but I have struggled especially with nutrition, so I have finally got a nutrition program that is working for me right now. My main struggle with working out is physically being able to do the exercises because I’m in a lot of pain all the time. Since I was able to shift my mindset, I’ve been able to handle the kitchen and beyond point over there. so I’ve been back to working out for at least 15 minutes every day for seven days today. Let’s do this!

My Intro
1. Hello everyone, I'm keaton, professional junior tennis player at the age of 15. 2. I've been working out my whole life mostly, however it's usually been more for tennis mobility and arm strength/mass. 3. My biggest struggle when it comes to fitness would have to be embarrassment. I occasionally go to the gym but I hate to workout in front of people. Excited to be part of this community!
