Has anyone solution how to get resale certificate in Wyoming with no physical presence in WY and no sales of the business yet ? As per 24 July 2024: "Wyoming rules changed (effective July 1, 2024): Businesses can't voluntarily register for a sales tax license anymore. They must (1) have a physical presence in WY (RA/virtual office doesn't qualify), or (2) meet the $100k sales nexus in Wyoming. Without one of these, the state won't issue a sales tax license, which is required for a resale certificate."

Why James use regus.com for his business adress, while anytimemailbox.com is much cheaper ? 2. Do personal and business address are allowed to be the same if using anytimemailbox.com ? this will not expose privacy as the address is not the real address of the owner. 3. If for the 1st year I use the adresss of bizee for the LLC and for the second year I want to have different registered agent, how should I change the address of my registered agent in my LLC ? 4. For LLC in Wyoming related to ECommerce with only one owner and no employee, operating agreement is not necessary.. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Do I need a registered agent to start an LLC and get an EIN or can I do it on my own?

Hi, this is my first time on this platform and I would like to share my greetings with everyone. I’ve recently started my company as a Single member LLC in Florida using a 3rd party registered agent. I’ve obtained my EIN , formation letter. Opened a bank account with Mercury using my registered agent address. I’m stuck with the BOI report filing as my registered agent mentioned that it’s not possible to file the BOI unless I have a physical address in the US. “ PO Box , Virtual Office not accepted “ As I don’t live in the US I have no idea how to overcome this issue while I’m running out of time. I have already purchased the BOI filing with my agent but they can’t proceed because I didn’t provide an address. In this situation what are my options ? P.S: I have no one in the US to use their address , I know literally no one. but I do have a virtual mailing office also using a 3rd party agency. I’d appreciate any help I’m booked with James for a call on 29th Feb. But if I get my answer I would cancel it to give a chance for other people to talk early.
