Creating LLC
After this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TX9kTwVPVHo , I want to create LLC as the video shows. During the applciation's process, there are personal and business address.
- Why James use regus.com for his business adress, while anytimemailbox.com is much cheaper ?
- Do personal and business address are allowed to be the same if using anytimemailbox.com ? this will not expose privacy as the address is not the real address of the owner.
- If for the 1st year I use the adresss of bizee for the LLC and for the second year I want to have different registered agent, how should I change the address of my registered agent in my LLC ?
- For LLC in Wyoming related to ECommerce with only one owner and no employee, operating agreement is not necessary..
Correct me if I'm wrong.
