Resale cert in WY
Has anyone solution how to get resale certificate in Wyoming with no physical presence in WY and no sales of the business yet ?
As per 24 July 2024: "Wyoming rules changed (effective July 1, 2024): Businesses can't voluntarily register for a sales tax license anymore. They must (1) have a physical presence in WY (RA/virtual office doesn't qualify), or (2) meet the $100k sales nexus in Wyoming. Without one of these, the state won't issue a sales tax license, which is required for a resale certificate."
