Happy Thanksgiving team! Let's ROCK in December🔥
Team, Wishing everyone who celebrates a memorable and magical holiday❤️ I'll be off the grid (well, not too far off as I'm in the heart of Central London😉) for the rest of the week, at least the digital grid. Spending the week with Nikki who is flying in from Portugal in just a few hours. I'll be back in action on Monday and ready to ROCK the last month of 2025 together🔥 We'll cover.... • Assessments for the Level One Certification Program. Coming your way next Tuesday! • Our new Coaching Certification beginning on the week of December 7th💪 • Ramp up plans for the London launch 🚀 • Marketing and business support for our Physiology First Affiliates. Incredibly honored to welcome @Darren Bailey to the affiliate program to lead the charge in Australia! 🇦🇺 The market is absolutely on fire for what we bring to the table: a data-based approach to health optimization in the context of a supportive social community. Personalization does not mean isolation. We are positioned to lead the charge globally in 2026 with the London launch and the expansion of our affiliate program. As I head into a holiday focused on gratitude my thanks to all of you for being leaders on the next frontiers of community health is endless. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday, and looking forward to heading into December with all eyes on a global paradigm shift in health and human potential for the next generation🌎🧠🔥 David

20 min. breathing class + audio track
Hi here! Few quick question about the suggested 20-minute weekly community breathing class + heartbeat audio track. - Do you always use the same track for the weekly session? - Is it a copy/paste each week, or do you switch things up sometimes? - And if it is the same, do you explain why/the benefits to your regulars? - After guiding them through the nasal inhale/exhale and the heartbeat track, and giving them the initial instructions, do you mostly let them go on their own with minimal check-ins during the session? Or do you guide them throughout and switch up the breathing styles depending on the focus of that day? I’d love to start testing something similar in my own community, possibly at my kids’ alternative school for the kids and/or teachers, maybe families if I can find a space. However, my main population will be pregnant and postpartum moms, and I will most likely have online offers. When I used to lead monthly sessions, I would switch things up. So I find it interesting to offer a similar experience every time with the same track, I’ve just never done it that way before. Just curious how you all approach it and looking to brainstorm. @David Bidler Thank you!

@David Bidler said that he had some other tracks and I'd love to get my hands on those (😉please and thank you!)
Scavenger hunt! SoundSelf!!
It started as a gaming method to apply an embodiment of visualization to breath work but has multiple applications and currently studies are primarily being done in conjunction with Ketamine/psychedelic therapy. I am imagining the use of the modality to help my clients have a visualization aspect with their breath work, to help them gain confidence and feel an added layer of experience and connection in their practice. It is applicable on a multitude of levels from energetic balancing to vagal toning & a more active approach to finding their way to mindfulness as it is all based on the clients participation. I spoke with Sandeep this morning and he's interested is helping us integrate an application of this in our practice! https://youtu.be/IDt5G9PIza8
