What really works?
Let the comments on this post be proof that Ai Saas/Ai automation is not just empty hype. Share real cases (not necessarily yours) that really work and make money. The most important condition: there must be users or income. Important: do NOT ad yrslf, do NOT leave direct links, respect Nate and the rules of his community. my example: a tool that automates posting to linkedin by 95%. you talk for 10 minutes, tell about your results for the week and your thoughts, get 5 high-quality posts, you just have to make some adjustments and schedule. This is my friend's saas with real customers who PAY. your turn. If you have nothing to share, please likešŸ‘ it so that more people can see the post and it will be more useful

@Max Dean Thanks for sharing! Apparently the others have nothing to sayšŸ˜…
šŸ¤– Curious — which automations are clients asking you for the most?
If you already have an agency OR have closed AT LEAST a few deals — share your experience šŸ‘‡ What kind of automations are clients MOST interested in right now? 🧵Let’s make this thread a quick market snapshot for everyone here🧵

@James Leo cool! I already know a lot about the content auto. Can you tell = more about automation with leads? what does the product consist of, what is the average check, etc everything that will be valuable to this community

@Naru Singh That’s interesting — especially the proposal generator one Quick questions: How did you price those projects? Which one brought the best ROI or client feedback? And what kind of clients are you seeing the most demand from right now? Your answers could be super valuable for everyone in this community — a lot of people here are trying to understand what’s actually selling right now.
šŸ’° The Perfect Pricing Split for Your Automation Deals
Everyone keeps asking how to price projects, when to get paid, and whether to sign a contract. Here’s the formula I recommend after closing multiple deals: šŸ‘‰ 30-30-40 šŸ’ø 30% upfront – easy for the client to commit āš™ļø 30% mid-project – keeps cash flow alive and reassures the client that real progress is happening šŸš€ 40% after completion – shows confidence in your delivery It works way better than 50/50 — clients say yes faster, and you still get more than half before the project ends.

@Josue Hernandez Yes, there are difficulties in contract working. Therefore, it is important to conduct negotiations correctly. Record the entire work plan in the contract. But naturally, the client may have additional tasks, this is normal. and you should also ask for extra money or a monthly retailer for it.

@Muskan Ahlawat Do you spend absolutely all your time on this? When will the exams end?

@Muskan Ahlawat Are you ready to promise me that on November 3rd you will try to sell your automations?
One thing I noticed about most AI automation founders šŸ‘‡
Chated to a lot of people here todayĀ and most people in AI automation wait too long before talking to real clients. You don’t need perfect systems or advanced skills — you need real experience. Build even the simplest workflow and offer it tošŸ‘‡šŸ» šŸ’” a local business šŸ’¬ a friend with an agency āš™ļø a freelancer drowning in manual tasks šŸ’¼ or even for a review (or $50) Yes — even automate something for your parents šŸ˜‚ Once you see your first automation actually helping someone, everything changes. You’ll realize this market is real — and you have value here. Even if it’s hard at first — that’s exactly where confidence is built. 😹 You can even automate your cat sell it — just start 😹
