Hey Gang, want some advice
Anyone here know where to hire good app setters? I'm looking to expand my team and get more outreach going for my self. Already did some stuff on Fb and Li but nothing consistent yet. So was wondering if anyone here knows a good setter agency or knows anyone who would be down for some work on the side. Would help out a ton. Thanks guys

Any RE Agencies wanna share the secret sauce ?
I've recently transitioned to a new offer. DFY outreach for RE agencies with a pay per show basis. The issue is I've never worked in RE before so I'm hoping some of you guys can shortcut my ignorance debt by sharing what systems you are using to book in realtors, what kind of results you are seeing and potentially give some tips and tricks that have worked for you 😀Would greatly appreciate any help/advice

@Tom Lehmann I'm reaching out to the USA, my take from the saturation is that it must be working if its so saturated. Hence why I decided to go with RE first. The main issue with my service delivery has been the show ups. I've got VA's cold calling , they booked a good number of apps but had 0 shows. With that said I didn't cut corners by just giving them a dialler and a script and sent them to dial as the role is commission based. So didn't do any calls myself to test

@Thure Sander Agreed, the offers I don't have much control on because I'm not the actual agency doing the service delivery for the RE agents. I just need get the RE agents to show to the sales calls we book them 💀 I though getting bunch of VA's and just cold calling in huge volumes will get the job done but that flopped. Not sure where the bottle neck is because as I said above I was lil lazy and just slapped shit together 😀 Are you currently doing outreach into RE ?

Where are you from? UK What are you working on? Currently working on making a consistent DFY outreach system with a pay per show basis in the real estate niche What immediate help do you need?
