Closing deals..
On average, how many hours a day do you all spend on closing deals? I’m asking because I work a full time job four days a week and I’m in school but I have a break in May.

Templates for Hiring

After Test CLEANING
After the test cleaning how do we get the person to stay with the business as a 1099 and do other cleaning, is it just ask them straight up or is there something more to it ?

I would be upfront about the 1099 position before the test clean. My 1099 will be listed in the job description.
