Do you all use any online training programs for your cleaners for uniformity?

You can tell a lot about a cleaner by their communication. Poor communication will most likely mean they will be flaky and unreliable. Best advice I can give is to figure this out as soon as possible.

How are you all verifying that your contractors maintain their own insurance?

I think the hardest part of this business is hiring... when you hire a cleaner, they are essentially representing you and your company. Make sure that you have developed clear cut SOP's and expressed the core values for your company. A bad cleaner can be a contagious virus if not treated properly.
