How are you tackling this challenge?
Hello Champions! Is it just me, or are others in our Certification course also feeling like they're trying to drink from a firehose of information? I'm genuinely curious, how do you all manage to absorb and process such a vast amount of information almost overnight? The course is amazing and it's thrilling to think about channelling all this knowledge into a structured system and creating a comprehensive mentoring program. However, I must admit the sheer volume of information we need to learn is a bit too scary to me. How are you tackling this challenge?

Good for you, Svetlana. I'm just working on the final design of my roadmap, and then I want to reshoot my videos based on the Authority Amplifier training so I can get my Lead Magnet and marketing launched ASAP. I've decided to do a 5 day challenge starting Jan 8th. Merry Christmas to you too!

@David Harris Lol. One of my mentors taught me that saying too. Thankfully it's only a metaphor, they're much too majestic to eat πŸ˜‰
Fab Q&A session for Offer Builder Intensive
A big thanks to @Penny Chohaili for her wisdom and patience today on the Q&A call. It was great to see what people are asking, to see a variety of roadmaps, and to get the clarity and language to uplevel my offer. The small tweaks are so valuable - changing the MDM to "How avatar creates outcome ..." and from x to y as the secondary text in the steps. This are golden!

@Karen Collacutt Awesome!
The problem with an all in one platform.
This topic frequently arises among clients and in various forums, prompting me to share my insights and perspective. All-in-one platforms like Kajabi and Kartra initially seem attractive, offering a seemingly ideal solution where you can manage emails, CRM, courses, products, affiliates, and more under one membership. However, a significant issue that many of my clients have encountered is the lack of control. When you rely on a single platform, you're essentially putting all your "eggs in one basket." If the platform decides to alter its features, increase prices, or eliminate certain functionalities, you're left with no choice but to overhaul your entire operation. An alternative approach is to view your business as comprising distinct departments. In many cases, this can be as straightforward as three key areas: email, landing pages/checkout, and courses/digital products. By using separate platforms for each department, you gain flexibility. If a platform changes or you discover another service with better features or pricing that suits your business needs, you can transition that specific business segment with relative ease. To draw a parallel from my experience, consider this: During my 13 years as a senior corporate manager, I never once asked the HR department for a 12-month sales revenue report. There's a rationale behind corporations maintaining distinct divisions within their structure. This approach not only ensures specialized focus and expertise in each area but also provides operational flexibility and reduces dependency on a single service provider. If all in ones are working for you - Awesome! Just wanted to share a different perspective as I run into this frequently with clients who get stuck with a platform they've out grown, have tech issues that shut down their entire operations, or the platform continues to raise prices where as competitors are lowering theirs. Hope this helps in making the right decision on what platform/s you chose to run your business on.

@Lynn Overall Lol. I'm trusting that one day I will understand what all that meant. Is is any wonder I've been struggling to launch? πŸ₯΄ 😡Bhahahaha!!!!🀣🀣 To all you rookies out there...don't give up! It does eventually start to make sense! We all have to start somewhere! :)
MDM
Hi Everyone! I've been in Phase 1 of my move across Canada and finally have some time to come up for air and re-focus on my course. I took a fresh look at my MDM and have revised it to this...I have a goal to launch by the end of May before I start my drive from BC to Ontario :) "Helping stressed-out, overwhelmed but determined women to reduce or eliminate the pain in life within 3 to 6 months so that they have more clarity, confidence and peace of mind, without the use of therapy or medication." I really appreciate any feedback or suggestions. Thanks so much!

@Karen Collacutt Oh cool, Karen! I was actually thinking about seeing who else is in the Toronto area and maybe getting a little in person meet-up together after the holidays, if anybody is interested. What do you think?

@Karen Collacutt Cool! I'll create a post and see what kind of response we get. And even if nobody else responds, let's plan to meet in the New Year for a coffee or lunch :)
A Thank You, Some Insights and an Apology
The Certification Program was absolutely amazing! My brain is still squishy, but it could also be from having the flu all week. I just wanted to thank @Aaron Fletcher , @Penny Chohaili and the entire AFM team for their dedication to creating such fantastic training, and always working towards making this training better. They are a stand for us to make our lives, and the lives of the people we're going to help, better. I have gone through many different marketing trainings in the last 15 years, and this is the only one I've come across that lays everything out in an easy to follow system. And AFM is one of the very few companies out there in Internet-land, that cares about the quality of the product they put out. There's only ONE CATCH......WE have to TAKE ACTION!! Is this stuff easy? Nope. Not for me. At least not when I first started a couple of years ago. And even now, while it has become easier, I have yet to Master it. But the trick to Mastery is to be confident in your skills and ability, but to also always have a student's mindset and be willing to change and learn, especially now when everything is changing so quickly around us. My first "computer" was a typewriter that could save a couple of sentences in memory so you could edit it before it printed it out on the paper. It took me months to write and edit my Master's thesis, because any edit for content, spelling mistake or syntax error could change the format and/or page numbers of the entire document, which meant a complete re-type!! Aaaarghhhh!!πŸ˜– Lol!!🀣 And now we have AI! It blows my mind! I admit, at first, it scared the bejesus out of me, because I remember Arnie as the Terminator (not the Governor of California!) and the scientist in me thought, "Just because you can, doesn't mean you should!" It's taken me a few months to shift my fears around this while I got educated on what it can and cannot do. Does it mean that the premise of the movie iRobot is not possibility? I don't know, but I can't live my life in fear of what might be. And until VIKI takes over, Nicky is still in charge!

That thought warms my heart, Aaron. Thank you! πŸ™πŸ₯° I'm usually not so serious either. But it's amazing what stuff comes up for me as I get closer to launching. I've decided I'm doing my first ever 5 day challenge starting Jan 8th,and part of me is already wigging out! Lol. Happy holidays to you too!
