I’m on the road in Ireland this weekend and I’ve just driven 30 minutes out of my way to get to Hawthorne_Speciality_Coffee There were queues of people here at 7am enjoying Guatemala single origin from Bravo Tango roastery in Portadown. The guys there are true professionals with wonderful customer service skills. I’m not surprised they are flying. Oh, and the double espresso was off the charts. I’ve already been in touch with some peeps via DM, and in the background I’m sending an email out to all our fab members so nobody misses the update. coffee is amazing! I love the care and attention that goes into every step, from sourcing the beans to the brewing process. The variety of flavors and aromas is just incredible. It's amazing how much difference there is in the taste depending on the origin, roast, and brewing method. What's your favorite way to enjoy it? Let me know on the comments 🤔🤭🤭

Gotta credit @Rebecca Haywood for this post. When I was a kid aged around 10, my Aunt used to make me a Maxwell House (instant) coffee. She'd put the coffee (fines worked better than granules) and sugar in the bottom of the cup, add a small drop of water, and then take a spoon and whisk it around for seemingly hours so that it formed a lovely froth (the predecessor of crema!) We'd make the coffee from there. That's what gave me my love of coffee and ever since then I've been hooked. I was on instant coffee until I got to New Zealand in 2002 and lived there for a long time. The coffee culture in New Zealand is second to none, and that's where I really fell in love with the whole vibe around coffee and different styles etc. And I've loved it ever since. What's your story?
