Is there a clickfunnels store to hire someone to build a lead funnel, webinar, funnel, challenge funnel, and upsells?

I'm filling out the last slide of my presentation. How do I pre-load 30 of the most commonly asked questions? It looks like it is one text box, but I dont know how to execute that. Any suggestions? Please and thanks in advance.

Hello everyone. This is my first post here. I’m trying to sell an affiliate product on Clickfunnels 2.0 that charges a one time upfront fee and also a monthly fee (for software and hardware). I see that you can add two prices, but when I see the mockup, it just gives the purchaser the option to choose between one or the other. Is there a way to charge both at checkout?
