Consistent commitment to becoming my future self was my barrier. I am an adult and control my “fork of life”.
Anything is possible
Anything is possible. I am you, and you are me. If you want a different outcome, you must change yourself—your thinking, your belief system. Status, wealth, birthplace, or external circumstances do not matter if you don’t understand what’s within. The only limitations are those set by our belief systems, our paradigms. The person on the left—that version of me—is gone. I had to let go of the programming, the self-image, the eating disorders, the alcoholism, the toxic environment, and the people around me to recreate the version of myself I truly wanted to be. That’s the goal: to keep learning and evolving into the best version of yourself because you are capable and powerful, just like me. DESIRE + NON-RESISTANCE = DESIRED OUTCOME Identify what’s holding you back, transform it, and achieve the outcome you seek.

Hey guys just a little mini challenge! For those of you who are focusing on a daily step goal! I’m challenging you this week to increase yours by 1,000 steps.. just did my first increase as of day 1 yesterday!

Love it. I’m taking 1-2 video calls a day while walking and increased steps by 3,000 daily. Mind blown!

@Kyle Settles and I made it clear as heck on day 1 you MUST stay plugged in to see changes, it’s just facts. Plugged in could mean sharing wins, watching recorded videos on here, asking questions and/or joining our LIVE calls. Y’all all made a commitment to yourself for 6 short weeks and we are flirting with the half way point already! Mid point scans are THIS Friday, Saturday or Sunday (what ever works best for you around class times). Here’s a quick glimpse at the leaderboard which quickly tells us who has been the most plugged in so far. A-LOT of you haven’t even plugged in once here?! Why not? We are here to guide yall to your goals, however it must stay YOUR priority. Not only ours. We are cheering for you, all of you … quite loudly! Start cheering for yourself - YOU GOT THIS 👊🏽
