Happy Friday, Fam! Had some downtime this week and decided to try a few new dishes I’ve had saved for a while on Instagram. They turned out so well, I just had to share them with you! Attached are three of my new go-to meals that are super easy to make, macro-friendly, and actually taste amazing: 1️⃣ Steak Fried Rice 🥩🍚 2️⃣ Chicken Fiesta Bowls 🌮 3️⃣ Pizza Bagel Bites 🍕 (Dave’s Killer Bread, of course) These have officially made their way into our weekly rotation, and I thought you might want to give them a try. Medication
Good morning!! I have struggled with insomnia for what feels like an eternity. My doctor prescribed me Trazodone about 8 months ago. It works great but I have been struggling with weird symptoms. I read the not so common section of side effects and I have basically all of them, weight gain, bloating, swelling etc… I stopped taking it two nights ago and unfortunately I am back to my 2-3 hours of sleep. Anyone know of a natural alternative that’s not melatonin that works?

3 week accountability
My goal is lose 6 pounds and not lose any muscle 💪🏻 I have been very tuned into what Kyle and Sunny and Brandon have to say and are teaching on here. As you can see by the 🚫 I don't nail it every single day but I don't like handing myself those 🚫 so I have been working very hard. I just hope everyone realizes how much great information they have given us 🫶🏻
