Back to basic. Food always been the same back in the day Protein carbs and good fats. Don't do a lot of carbs because they make me feel bloated and unsettled. Plan on little carbs about 100 gram And 400 protein And finish of with 150grams of Greek yogurt and 100 grabs of berrys. Would like to eat more. But I run out of idea.

With 3 to 4 eggs Or 40grams of porridge 10 grams of almonds 15 grams of pumpkin seeds And 10 grams of chia seeds And 30 grams of protein in the morning Dinner 200 grams of chicken Or 80 grams of rice Or 100 grams of sweets potato Evening meal 200 grams of chicken or steak And finish of with the Greek yogurt.and berrys Have you increase your food Jeff💪🏽👍🏽
