I used to be chubby asf and then skinny so i wish I prioritized my fitness and diet with what i ate i also didn't care about how i looked like at all i used to have a buzz cut made me look like an egg also my style was horrible i was dressed up like a wannabe gangster rocking an eyebrow slit . So i decided to take action and glow up thats where i came across Sam Zia and the whole idea of Looksmaxxing everything slowly started by going to the gym for the first step✅ Lmk what you rate this glow up🔥

Physique update
I’m currently 16, 5”6, 130lbs, 18bmi, I’ve been on the lean bulk for about 3 months and gained about 15lbs but got a big jolt after I started creatine about a week ago. I feel really muscular in the mirror but when I try to take a photo I look small. I’m pretty insecure right now about my physique and looking to hit 145 lean before the summer. Please be honest about my physique and what I can improve upon. Also I’ve been trying to improve my chest but when I flex it I just look fat. If you guys have any good chest exercises that would be helpful. (Also don’t mind the hair I had a hood on all day)

Yeah, skipping dinner is probably holding you back. Adding a proper meal at night with some protein and carbs would help a lot. Even something simple like chicken and rice or another serving of beef and rice could make a big difference. Your shake is solid, but a full meal would give you better overall nutrition and more calories for muscle growth.

Potatoes are really good. Their types are good but sweet potatoes are even better for you. Try to make them at home yourself and not go out and buy french fries because those are more processed
