I’m currently 16, 5”6, 130lbs, 18bmi, I’ve been on the lean bulk for about 3 months and gained about 15lbs but got a big jolt after I started creatine about a week ago. I feel really muscular in the mirror but when I try to take a photo I look small. I’m pretty insecure right now about my physique and looking to hit 145 lean before the summer. Please be honest about my physique and what I can improve upon. Also I’ve been trying to improve my chest but when I flex it I just look fat. If you guys have any good chest exercises that would be helpful. (Also don’t mind the hair I had a hood on all day)
