any tips for cleaning up my backflip this is my first backflip and i can’t do them on trampoline so i don’t think it’s the worst but i want them steezier 😂 it’s also quite a small mellow park jump so not very whippy with more air i think id find it easier

I haven’t been able to overcome my fear of trying new tricks on rails and jumps. Despite listening to numerous podcast tips and tricks from experts like Ian Osby, I still struggle to face my fear. I’m too scared to attempt new tricks, which is holding me back from achieving my dreams and aspirations. I’m at a loss for how to overcome this mental block and find the courage to try new things. In the moment I’m like I can do it. I can send it but then when I’m there at that moment in time, I’m so afraid it’s like oh my gosh, no way I can’t do this. I’m just going to relax work on something else. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.
