Cleaning up Backflips
any tips for cleaning up my backflip this is my first backflip and i can’t do them on trampoline so i don’t think it’s the worst but i want them steezier 😂 it’s also quite a small mellow park jump so not very whippy with more air i think id find it easier

Mute Grab
I’m struggling to get a good mute grab down if anyone has any advice that would be super helpful, also any advice on the rest of the run would be appreciated

I’m repeatedly going off axis on my 360s and i can’t figure out what’s causing them on trampolines on the floor i’m really confident with them just not on the ground
