I have access to XLeads, batchleads and Deal machine, I'm surprised to see that truepeoplesearch has the same quality data and in some cases better than all 3

@Kayleb Matthews this is my dashboard I pull numbers from all of them on my county data. If you want a scraper that does this let me know

Regardless of deal location

Who here has actually used the p&a and assignment contract templates for deals and had no issues with closing your deal? What states did you use it for, did you have to change the verbiage in any way? I am trying to close a deal in NV and if you've used it in that state, how did it go? Any issues with the contract template offered here?

I use.a 2 page contract that I've use in all states and haven't any issues unless owner wants to use the contract that realtors in their market use which I will use without a problem as long as I have co trol of the title company
