Do I need an llc to purchase my first fix and flip?

I had a perfect deal.. 90k purchase price, 250k arv, 50-70k repairs… good area in DFW.. nice pocket… 1300sqft 3/2… But I fumbled it😭🙏 Seller was very anti wholesaler, and the way I went about the deal made it so obvious I was going to assign it. He asked for POF and I asked if we could agree on price and confirm if he’s the owner first. Lesson learned, send proof of funds no questions asked so they know you’re not getting a fake money lender pdf. RIP my first hot lead💔

Mannnn idk how to feel… but I closed my first deal virtually/ ever honestly… lol n now it’s like this fire really like this dopamine that make me want more… n it’s like this feeling of like hey this stuff Zach & Rick really teaches… it works… little bitter sweet it was a $1000 and it was a Land Deal In New Orleans… but man to see the wire hit… feels good, Thank You God 📍‼️
