This 28-day reset is about learning how to understand yourself without blaming or shaming yourself. You’ll explore: - Why your patterns make sense - How urges and emotions really work - How identity shapes behaviour - How to build self-trust and direction There is no “fixing” here. No labels. No judgement. Just clarity, choice, and learning how to run your life again. Each week includes short videos and simple daily tasks designed to help you move from survival mode to self-leadership one small step at a time. Show up. Be honest. Try the exercises. That’s enough. You are not broken. You were trained. And training can be updated.

Day 6 what triggers really mean.
Most people think a trigger is just something that annoys them. But a real trigger is deeper. A trigger is anything that activates an old wound, an old fear, or an old version of you. Here are some examples that might hit home: When someone doesn’t text back The trigger isn’t the silence. The trigger is the old fear of being abandoned. When someone raises their voice Your body reacts before your mind does. Why?Because it remembers a time when loud voices meant danger. When life starts going well You sabotage, overthink, or shut down. This trigger is about fear of responsibility, success, or losing everything. When someone compliments you or praises you If you shrink or deflect, the trigger is an old belief that you’re not worthy. When you set a boundary and feel guilty The guilt isn’t real it’s the people-pleasing identity-you built to survive. THE REFRAME Triggers aren’t signs that you’re broken. They’re signs that your nervous system is trying to protect you the only way it knows how…even if the danger is long gone. Triggers point to the places that need understanding, not shame. REFLECTION PROMPT What’s ONE thing that triggers you — and what old story does it activate?Share below. Let’s unpack this together. 🖤 Please comment below and fill out the trigger sheet attached.
