@Kevin Jimeno and @Aidelys Hernandez, I am calling pre-foreclosures, and I came across a property that is - 26k in equity. Do we call these types of properties?

@Aidelys Hernandez I have a few questions: 1. When calling pre-foreclosure leads, do we call those with a high estimated balance remaining? 2. I am calling leads that have a recording date of 01/01/2026. Am I too late, and should I close that date range to be closer to the current date?

Is it advised that we call persons whose property is in a Trust?
