@Ginger Ratzlaff Gimger, love that :) Kansas may be a little short on Adriatic coastline, but I’m sure you’ve got a few things over there we’d happily trade for 😂 great to meet you too 👋

@Jennifer Turner thank you Jennifer :)
Thinking of building? Not Sure Where To Start?
Maybe you have an idea. Maybe you’ve already opened a community. Or maybe you know you want to build something…but you’re still not completely sure what that something should be. 😅 The difficult part usually isn’t finding more information. It’s choosing a simple direction, putting it in front of someone, and getting a real signal. it more specific. Thank you for giving me that 😅 The difficult part usually isn’t finding more information. It’s choosing a simple direction, putting it in front of someone, and getting a real signal. That’s why I created a free community called Earn Your First $1 On Skool. It might be for you if: * You’re completely new to Skool * You’re still figuring out what to build * You have an idea but don’t know how to turn it into an offer * You already have a community but haven’t made a sale * You made one sale and aren’t sure how to repeat it I’m not building this as someone who has everything figured out. I’m learning and experimenting too—maybe just a couple steps ahead in certain areas—and sharing what works, what doesn’t, and what I’d possibly try next. Along the way, I’ve made roughly 36 community sales, and we’ve had members earn their first dollars—including one Builder who turned a simple offer into a $170 annual sale. That one was pretty fun to watch. 😅 Inside the community, you’ll find: * The Skool Launch Blueprint * The First $1 Blueprint * Tools to help identify what is actually keeping you stuck * Simple experiments you can try without building a giant funnel * Feedback from other Builders * Real wins, mistakes, numbers, and lessons from behind the scenes There are no giant income promises. The goal is much simpler: Figure out what to build. Put it in front of someone. Make the ask. Then learn from the signal. If you’re still working toward your first or next sale on Skool, maybe come build with us. It’s completely free to join: 👉 https://www.skool.com/anchor-week-1181/about?ref=a698df2748834151ba70554b02670185

@Dr. Robert Gault thanks Robert - really appreciate that 🙏🏼 I also noticed your comment on Jennifer’s audit post about your About Page - too much info, unclear offer, maybe the visuals... and not being sure which one is actually the problem 😄 that’s an area I spend quite a bit of time looking at. Happy to take a quick look at yours and tell you what stands out first - just say the word. 🐬

@Dr. Robert Gault sounds good Robert 👍 looks like you’ve got it covered then. always useful to have another set of eyes on the final version. hope it comes together nicely 👊
What if you want it…but part of you thinks it’ll cost too much?
More visibility. More clients. A bigger stage. More income. The next level. We say we want it…then find ourselves hesitating. Because somewhere along the way, we may have learned: More success = more pressure. More visibility = more expectations. More growth = less of me. So maybe the block isn’t that you don’t want it badly enough. 𝑴𝒂𝒚𝒃𝒆 𝒚𝒐𝒖’𝒗𝒆 𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒂 𝒑𝒂𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒏 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒔𝒂𝒚𝒔 𝒔𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒔 𝒔𝒂𝒄𝒓𝒊𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆. This week, ask yourself: 👉🏽 “What do I believe I have to give up in order to become more successful?” Then get curious about where that belief came from. Because you can’t break a pattern you haven’t recognized yet. 𝑺𝒖𝒄𝒄𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔𝒏’𝒕 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒐 𝒓𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆 𝒍𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒑𝒊𝒆𝒄𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓𝒔𝒆𝒍𝒇 𝒂𝒍𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒘𝒂𝒚.

This is a good one, Stephanie. After a few decades in business, I’ve started looking at success less by what it gives you - and more by what it asks you to give up. More revenue, more visibility, more growth... none of it feels like much of a win if you lose the freedom and people you were building it for in the first place. I like this reminder that growth doesn’t have to mean becoming less of yourself. 👏
# hooks that have been working for me
I have been writing hooks for a while now, and the ones that actually land are never the clever ones. They are the ones that say the quiet thing my reader is already thinking. Here are three that stopped people mid scroll for me: 1. Free AI prompts don't fail you. You fail them by asking the wrong question. 2. Your best hook is probably sitting in your drafts because you thought it wasn't "interesting" enough. 3. Most people use free AI prompts like they're paint by numbers. The people seeing results use them like a conversation that keeps getting better. Look at what all three have in common. Each one names a mistake gently, then hands back a little hope in the same breath. No shaming, no hype, just the truth told kindly. If you are staring at a blank page today, go dig through your own drafts folder. I would bet money the line you talked yourself out of is the one your people have been waiting to hear. “The quiet thing my reader is already thinking” - that’s the part that stood out for me. After many years in marketing, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again. clever copy may get attention, but clear copy usually gets the response. and I really like your “truth told kindly” line too. No hype, no shaming - just say the thing people already feel. 👏
My First 100 Members! 💯💯
I can’t believe it’s only been 2 months since I started my community on July and I’m already at 100 members in my community. I still don’t get a whole lot of engagement yet but I can see how I’m growing as a person and how we’re growing as a community and I don’t mean just numbers. I’m grateful for this community and to @Jennifer Turner for helping me and and being a part of my journey. I had someone reach out to me this morning about one of the courses I sell inside my community so I was able to do a zoom call with him and he asked for the link to purchase. He said he was going to do it today when he got home from church. Fingers crossed 🤞🏽

@Alicia Hallonda 100 members in 2 months is a great milestone 👏 But I actually like the second part even more - someone got on a call with you, understood what you do, and then asked where to buy. that’s a pretty good reminder that the member count is nice... but real conversations are where things start getting interesting 😄 Congrats Alicia - nice momentum.
