Make Sure Your Website Is Discoverable ⬇️
Built a tool for our AI agent web builders to use when building sites for our customers. They use the tool to ensure they build the sites to the best practices for SEO/AEO/GEO and 27 specific audit points. You can access it here to test your own site or any site that you are vibe coding for free and no strings. I'm sharing this because there is so much bad info online specifically about AEO/GEO so if you want a solid free tool, use this...cheers. https://aeositechecker.com/?fbclid=IwY2xjawRxmFtleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZBAyMjIwMzkxNzg4MjAwODkyAAEea3opISxPSkGqagE1EjEdYbzYhXgA0Qki_Whce8xmDisqRfgWh7PbqkOnihc_aem_ubKVuopXFLNoyQxB8jlSnw

Intro - Hello!
Hi There! My name is Stephanie and I live in Canada. I am a pain recovery coach/entrepreneur. I consider myself a beginner when it comes to AI. Currently, I've been playing around with chatgpt, gemini, and perplexity. I'm mainly using AI to help with content creation, writing emails, and using it to filter ideas and select business direction. I'd like to learn what AI can do beyond what I'm already using it for. Basically, learn what I don't know, I don't know, and use AI to optimize my business and time. Can't wait!

Welcome Stephanie! I would recommend trying Claude. I made the switch from OpenAI and it's been a game changer. If you have any questions, I'd be happy to help!
Having an opinion on AI is not the same as understanding it.
Most of the loudest voices in your feed have one of those. The influencer with 200k followers who learned ChatGPT six months ago is not the same as someone who has built systems, broken them, fixed them, and done it again. The difference matters — a lot — when you're making real decisions about your business. Bad information dressed up in confidence is more dangerous than no information at all. At least ignorance is honest about what it doesn't know. The people I've seen get the most out of AI share one thing: they stopped trying to impress anyone with it and started using it to solve actual problems. Not the theoretical problems. The real ones sitting in their workflow right now. That's where fluency actually comes from. Not from following someone who just discovered it.

@AI Advantage Team stop listening to influencers lol. Find someone that actually knows what they are talking about and learn from them.
As AI gets better, relationships matter less. Or do they?
The logic goes: AI handles your follow-up, writes your emails, manages your pipeline, so the human stuff becomes optional. Just automate it and scale. That's not how it works. Especially not in real estate or mortgage. People are buying the most expensive thing they will ever own. They are navigating one of the most stressful decisions of their life. They are trusting someone with their financial future. No one is doing that because they got a well-timed automated text. What AI actually does, is free you up to be more present with the people who matter. It handles the admin so you can handle the relationship. The follow-up that used to eat your afternoon runs on its own. The content that used to take hours gets done in the background. That creates space. Space to actually call the client. To show up. To be the person they remember. The professionals winning right now are not the ones automating relationships. They are the ones using AI to protect the time and energy that real relationships actually require. AI should make you more human, not less.

@AI Advantage Team just replacing the $20/hour tasks like admin work with the $500/hr tasks like customer meetings
Most Agents think content is for likes and shares.
That's not wrong, but it's missing the bigger reason why to publish right now. When a buyer opens ChatGPT and asks "what's the best area in [city] for young families under $600k" — AI answers that question. It pulls from blog posts, bios, articles, Q&As, anything publicly available that's specific and useful. The buyer doesn't stop there. They have kids, so they'll be asking about schools, programs, sports, etc. The agents building presence right now aren't thinking "how do I get engagement." They're thinking "what should I be answering” and “how do I become the answer for that." If you've published your take on your market, neighborhoods, price ranges, what buyers actually experience, schools, your name and your knowledge are in that pool. If you haven't, you're invisible to a conversation that's already happening thousands of times a day. One specific post about what it's actually like to buy in a specific neighborhood, written like a real human who knows the area, does more for your AI discoverability than six months of basic market updates. The more content you have about that niche, the more you get cited in that answer. By the time the buyer finishes their conversation with ChatGPT and asks their last question "who could help me with this" your name and phone number will be ChatGPT's answer.

@AI Advantage Team I’m targeting the middle of the conversation a buyer/seller is having with AI. Not the beginning. The middle has specific requests. Very niche questions. That’s what I’m writing answers about. Blogs, YouTube, answering questions in forums. All good sources to start building AEO & GEO
