Increase this week in energy and productivity. Mild chronic pain/injury from a couple years ago beginning to lessen. Better sleep quality, though without a better schedule due to software difficulties interrupting work. Failure when setting up additional audio software, so went looking for replacements for the apps was trying to use. Found multiple high-quality free replacements from multiple companies. Still very frustrating though. Stopped me from doing anything purely for fun. Didn't work enough of regular gig throughout the week. Missed UDF call because of birthday celebrations. Trying to avoid missing any more. Went out finally on Saturday, but while low on cash and without scoping any places out beforehand and also after trying to find a place to use a cash card, so was too late by the time I had it figured out. Overall very frustrating week. Decided on a schedule: will plan to go out on Thursdays and Saturdays, maybe more if called for. Will hang out at least once a week in the afternoon somewhere on either Wednesday, Friday or Sunday. Thinking as to how to best facilitate and encourage great conversations. Main venture: draft a presentation idea to determine viability and research interest. Shooting to finish by Wednesday. Goal 1/venture 2: complete some level of preliminary or basic coaching education. Basic introductory online course on life coaching should be short enough to finish in a week or less at around 7 hours. Shooting to finish by Friday. Goal 2: set up computer software for trading and determine minimum capital requirements for trading. Shooting to finish by Friday. Goal 3: scope out locations to train in martial arts. Shooting to determine viability and preferences by Sunday.
