I went out with this Latina chick to get Boba. When she entered the shop; we hugged each other. We sat down and ordered drinks. I'm making jokes about hating the cold. I stated, "I prefer places I can take my shirt off and not freeze my nipples off." We talked about a wide range of topics such as: the college she goes to, traveling, anime, gaming, South America, I teased her about her accent, the gym, tv shows, hiking, biking, soccer, and fashion. I noticed somethings about myself. Whenever, the conversation feels like it's dying. I get in my head a bit and start thinking of things to say. When we got done with our drinks; we decided to walk around the Plaza. I was teasing her about her height and called her fun sized. I asked if she had anything planned later tonight and she said, " I have nothing planned tonight." I knew I should've taken that risk and her if she wanted to go back to her place and watch a movie. Even if she told me no. When we got done walking outside we decided to go to Petco and look at the fish, lizards, and birds. I made her little her made because we were looking at this fish and she couldn't see the fish hiding behind the rock. I told her I see the fish, but she didn't believe me. Her facial expression was slightly mad for about 3 seconds. We get done at Petco. I asked her, "When are we are you free to hangout?" She told me, "I don't know exam week is going to be busy." I texted her when I arrived home. I had a good time with you and she replied back with the same text. Any advice guys?

I went on this hinge date with this girl in quotes. We went to this mini golf place with an arcade. We're getting a little physical with each other. She's touching me throughout the golf game. She complimented my body saying, " I have a good build." Also, she ask me if I'm seeing any other girls. I tell her no obviously. I hit her with a uno reverse card and ask her. When we got done playing golf, she wanted to get ice cream and I trolled her asked are you going to pay. It scrambled her brain a little bit. She didn't want the ice cream anymore. Few minutes later we sat on this bench to chat more. I kinda ran out of interesting things to say. Out of nowhere she tells me she is TRANS. I look at her (him) like she's alien. I felt bamboozled. She looked good for a trans girl, but I had to end the date. I did not want to sword fight that night.

On Saturday and Sunday morning, I had a really good. Educational real estate seminar where I met a lot of cool people and got to ask a lot of questions and I even made a couple of friends from this 2 day seminar. Their names are Daniel and Steve And they seem like very good. Guys that are enthusiastic about real estate. Investing like I am and I will probably work with them. As real estate Partners, so I made a couple of good connections over the weekend. We even went to a seafood restaurant and hung out there on Sunday. I also did A few cold approaches during my lunch break on Sunday. But the girls didn't seem interested and they just kept walking by and I didn't make a big deal about it. Because I maintained a positive mindset. After the real estate seminar on Saturday, me and some of my friends ended up Going Out later that night. One of my friends made me wait for him until 11 o'clock. So instead of wasting time waiting on him, I ended up taking myself to sips and I did a couple of approaches there. Just to warm up and I use some of the flirting lines. And it seemed to work for a little bit but then I ran out of things to say. Then I meet up with my friend Dylan at a place called blue nightclub and we stood bend the whole night there and we had a lot of fun dancing. And talking to girls and later on that night. I approached a group of 2 girls and I bring my wingman Dylan in to talk to them. He takes one girl for a drink after she asks me for a drink within 5 minutes of the interaction. And I turned her down because I wanted to get to know her more. And then I started talking to her friend. S and there was a guy coming over to me being jealous about it, and she told me that she would never date that guy and she seemed rather interested in me for a little bit. But then the girls ended up going to the bathroom together and we didn't see the end of the night when we all left.

Very mixed feelings about this week. In person: had two girls approach me at two different venues. One asked if I had a gf and kind of got dragged away by a guy there. The other just gave me her number after I accidentally stepped on her foot lol. Needs more work carrying conversations. Online: Got some nice matches but didn’t go anywhere. Today, I got out on a date with a girl I met in Bumble. Went out with her to a local coffee shop. Was very refreshing getting those reps in and practicing carrying conversations and improve social skills overall.

Haven’t gone over the course content but went out on Friday and Saturday. Day 1(Friday): Went for Cinco de mayo event at nightclub. Approached about 3 girls complimenting their looks and then asking their name, danced with one of them. One of them said she has already had bf so I moved on and the other wasn’t interested. Day 2(Saturday): Went to a bar. Danced with 2 girls, made out with one of them. Tried to pull another but she said she was leaving so wasn’t really into it. I didn’t talk much this day though. I guess I was able to pull girls solely due to looks and did make a move when the girls were enjoying the music. I did compliment the girls after I pulled them but didn’t converse much. I think if I would have hooked the girl with whom I made out with by conversing more she would have stayed longer. She was with her cousins and they wanted to leave so she left with them.
