2 weeks , 12 leads , 0 appointments. Struggling in the RE niche
Hey guys, hope all od you are well. I signed my first client on a pay per appointment model and Im getting him 0 appointments I'm facing a problem with my leads , I've been running a Free home Evaluation seller campaign for about 2 weeks now. I've tested detailed Vs broad targeting , leadfoms VS website , Creatives and copy. I got around 12 leads right now but the leads are kinda shitty, the average CPL for me is 23$ and my CTR is 2% Most people just don't pick up the phone or not interested. Here's what I ask in my leadform: What's your relationship with the home? If the value is favourable, when are you looking sell? (I removed asking for their home address) So the main problem is that we are not booking any appointments and the leads are terrible.. Experts here... Help me out.. what would you guys do in my situation 😭 can't bare the thought of telling my client I fucked it up.. Regardless I hope everyone that cares to read this have a good day

@Derick Zurcher just checked my CTR and it went from 2% to 0.85% so it tanked a bunch.. Just for clarification in the ad , how would the ad creatives look like and what should I mention in the ad creative and what should I point out in the ad copy And if I'm not running a Free evaluation offer , is there anything I should offer? Or should I just point out how good the realtor is?

@Derick Zurcher the first ad creative , and the first ad copy were winning. and yes the creative matches the houses around the area. and im using broad targeting. Thanks for the tips derick, ill be sure to implement this.

Why am i getting low leads?
Hey guys , im curious on why im not getting any conversions and my link clicks is low.. what do i have to change or test? just created this campaign two days ago testing detailed targeting and broad targeting , and soon I'm going to test out more creatives and copy.. should i keep testing the targeting or should i test creatives now?

Hey guys, I'm not sure what is wrong but i started a new campaign yesterday cause i found out that my leads weren't converting because i sent them to a funnel.. so i changed it into lead forms. i woke up today with 1 impression and 1 reach.. please help me i dont even know whats going on 😅
