Hi everyone, Would love to hear from everyone about how you managed to fund the purchase of the first property for your portfolio? Was is it from your own funds, bridging loans, investors etc? I hear that getting an investor would be the best way, however it seems so unlikely that an investor would invest in somebody who has no portfolio to show. Would love to know your thoughts and experiences when just starting out. Nathan

Hey everyone, New member here. I'm a self employed Tiler based in Caerphilly and brand new to all things property investing but it is something I have wanted to get into for years so I have finally decided to do something about it! I am currently getting through all the training videos as well as the recorded webinars which have been a great insight. I understand that networking is a major part of the industry but I have never been to any events so wouldn't know where to start. Can anyone recommend any in person networking events in South Wales? Any other advice regarding all things property would be greatly appreciated. Nathan
