@Jessica Barten It’s definitely not easy! Perhaps now’s the time to re-think your routine and try to add something new to change things up? This can help with motivation and gaining your consistency back. You can think about different activities you can build into your week and have a selection that suit depending on your mood/interests/energy level, then pick what to do according to how you feel on the day or what works with your schedule. I know when I’m especially tired or demotivated I will find a video or TV episode to watch, so I can still engage with the language but not in a really intense way. Our weekly checklist can help with this - but if you want other ideas, let me know and we can chat more!

@Martha K Well done Martha! Pinyin and tones sound good overall. A small area to improve: on ‘zhī’, try to pronounce the i as more of an rrr sound. You can listen and record again to practice more.

@John Jones Very good! Pronunciation and intonation good overall! Area to improve: make the 4th tone on ‘wèn’ clearer as you’re not falling enough on that word at the moment. You can listen and repeat again with a focus on that word, to emphasise the falling tone more. You’re welcome to submit audio again to get more feedback! Great start 💪

@Paul Moszuti Very good! One small area to improve for your writing: 请 the horizontal strokes on the top of the right component, the middle one should be slightly shorter than the top and bottom strokes. Also, your speaking is great overall - pinyin is clear and tones are copied well. One small area to improve is how you say.: huǒ chē zhàn in the last audio. The ‘huǒ’ sound is not very clear. Try to listen to that part and record again!
